Over the past week I've paddled through most portions of Zones 1, 2, and 3, some areas as rechecks and some for the first time this season. Everything looked good - there were some look-a-likes to invasives but all that I checked were natives. Below are a few photos from my patrols.
Water Marigold which looks a lot like the invasive Fanwort. The thing to look for is how the leaves attach to the stem. Water Marigold leaves attached directly to the stem whereas Fanwort leaves attach via short petiole - you need to take a portion of the plant and look for this feature to make a positive ID.

Pipewort growing in among the rushes, Water Shield, and Native Naiads.
